It comes with an exclusive granola created by Iris Fumey, Balbosté’s pastry chef, combining oats, buckwheat and puffed lentils, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate notes, with ingredients sourced directly from French producers. Three chocolate-coated biscuits by Nicolas Berger complete the set and can be crumbled for added indulgence. The entire ensemble is presented in a graphic and elegant box designed to offer a gourmet and delicate experience.

Designed as a limited-edition piece, the Balbosté Breakfast Bowl is a unique object, hand-blown by French glass artisan Thibaut Nussbaumer, trained at the Baccarat manufactory.

Each piece is crafted individually, giving the bowl a singular, almost sculptural presence. Its delicate white veil evokes a cherished childhood memory of founder Charlotte Sitbon, immortalised in the material itself.

The Balbosté identity, discreetly engraved at the bottom of the bowl, adds a subtle signature that enhances the timeless elegance of this creation.

The perfect 100% French blend

The granola included in the box was created with great care by our pastry chef, Iris Fumey, who developed this blend with precision and sensitivity. It brings together oats, puffed lentils and buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, elevated by delicate chocolate notes — an artisanal, generous and perfectly balanced composition.

All ingredients are sourced directly from French producers, following an organic and ethical approach.

Enjoy with whole or plant-based milk, or in a creamier version with skyr; its acidity highlights the toasted aromas of the ingredients.

The three biscuits served with the Breakfast Bowl are entirely crafted in our workshop by our pastry chefs.

Their shape interprets the three variations of the letter B from Balbosté, transforming the studio’s identity into a series of small graphic and gourmet pieces. Each biscuit is then coated in dark or milk chocolate sourced from Nicolas Berger, selected for its finesse and aromatic depth.

Their crisp texture and delicate coating make them an ideal topping to sprinkle over the granola, or to enjoy whole for a more generous tasting experience.

A signature box

The Breakfast Bowl and its treats are presented in a refined, graphic box designed to highlight the object and the creations that accompany it.

The custom typography specially imagined by Marie Boulanger for Balbosté expresses the studio’s new visual identity, bringing an intuitive, sensitive, and contemporary dimension.

Each element of the box is carefully arranged with a focus on balance and clarity. The choice of materials, the attention to detail in the finishes, and the overall composition give this box the quality of a true gift object, faithful to the Balbosté spirit: delicacy, intention, and a keen sense of detail.
