These Terms and Conditions govern all online sales made through shop.balboste.com operated by Balbosté. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations applicable to the online sale of grocery products, accessories and decorative items offered on the website.

3. Access and use of the website

The site is accessible at all times except during maintenance or updates.
Balbosté cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability.
The customer agrees not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Products

4.1. Description
Product pages describe all essential characteristics. Images are not legally binding.

4.2. Food products
Mandatory legal information appears on food product pages: ingredients, allergens, weight, origin, storage, durability.

4.3. Availability
Some items may be handmade or limited in quantity; availability cannot be guaranteed continuously.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, taxes included, excluding shipping.
Products are invoiced according to the price in effect at the time of the order.

6. Orders

6.1. Process
Customers select items, provide personal details, choose delivery options and validate their order after accepting these Terms.

6.2. Confirmation
An order is confirmed when the customer receives a confirmation email summarising products, prices and delivery details.

6.3. Proof
The website’s electronic records constitute proof of the transaction.

6.4. Refusal
Balbosté may refuse any abnormal or fraudulent order.

7. Product availability

If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation, Balbosté will notify the customer promptly and issue a full refund.
No store credit is offered.

8. Payment

Payment is made online through secure methods. The card is charged immediately.
Balbosté does not store payment data.

9. Delivery

9.1. Delivery zones
Delivery is available in mainland France and, depending on options, in selected international destinations.

9.2. Methods
Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Delays cannot be attributed to Balbosté.

9.3. Fees
Shipping fees depend on cart value, weight, destination and delivery mode.

9.4. Checking upon receipt
Customers must check packages upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours with photographs.

9.5. Food items
For hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned unless the error is attributable to Balbosté.

10. Right of withdrawal

Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period, except for:

  • perishable food items,

  • unsealed food products,

  • personalised or made-to-order products.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

11. Legal warranties

Balbosté applies all statutory conformity and hidden defect warranties.
Defective items must be reported with description and photos.

12. Liability

Balbosté cannot be held liable for:

  • improper product use,

  • unsuitable storage,

  • carrier-related delays or damages,

  • force majeure,

  • temporary website unavailability.

13. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, creations, designs, concepts) is protected under intellectual property law.
Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

14. Personal data

Customer data is used exclusively to process orders.
Rights to access, rectify or delete data may be exercised by contacting privacy@balboste.com.
